Change-agent manager in all aspects of Corporate Facilities operations including property development, engineering design and construction, space management, critical facilities and building maintenance, capital budgeting and project management, contracting, Security, expense control and financial/business operations. While managing Facilities groups, I concurrently led the following business operations: General Services (mail activities, logistics, and supply chain), Security, Operations Analysis, Corporate Aviation, Mortgage Banking Sales and Default Collections.

Saved $28 million while managing design, construction, and start-up of one million square feet Operations Center business campus, including state-of-the-art Data Center, campus infrastructure and central energy plants. This 115 acre campus was recognized as a truly unique, aesthetic, and functional business center with design and construction awards by Building Owner Management Association (BOMA) and Associated General Contractor (AGC).
Led site selection and $8.9 million purchase of 125 acres for a second Corporate Operations Center. Performed economic and environmental due diligence, and architectural and engineering design of 1.2 million square foot campus incorporating sensible LEED concepts.
Created and managed Corporate Real Estate department, incorporating facilities management, construction, space planning, capital and G&A budgeting, and contracting. Fostered an environment of exemplary customer service and teamwork as well as continuous process improvements focused on efficiency and expense improvements.
Established productive partnerships with professional general contractors, vendors, and teams of architects and engineers. Negotiated nationwide service contracts with 20% expense savings.
Sold $60 million of bank-owned multi-family real estate assets and decreased market severity by 25% due to efficient renovation and marketing.
Directed Corporate General Services operations, including nationwide supply chain activities in support of nationwide banking operations.
