Instrumental in creating one of TCRs most successful and fastest growing divisions.
Controlled or assisted the acquisition of 5 properties within a 2 year period: Alexan Fitzhugh, Alexan Parkway, Wynhaven at Westpoint, Alexan City North, and Goat Hill.
Created finance packages, negotiated equity partnerships, and negotiated and closed construction loans for several projects with capitalization requirements ranging between $40M and $63M.
Directed and managed the successful design and development of 3 projects, all within proforma budgets.
Supervised the lease-up of submarket leading Alexan Fitzhugh (Uptown) and Alexan Parkway (Plano/McKinney).
Persuaded community and city officials in Cedar Hill to support a high density multifamily project in a city known for anti-multifamily sentiment, and received overwhelming approval from architectural control, Planning and Zoning, and City Council.
Oversaw the lease down of 415 units within a 2 month period. Successfully collaborated with the School District and community to ensure the continuing education of displaced children. Implemented program to relocate families into affordable properties within the same submarket and the Richardson Independent School District.
