Title: QC/QA Supervisor/ Painting Supervisor, July-2008- Oct-2008

Duties & Responsibilities:

Received, mapped and issued the 750- ISOs and all Revisions. While checking and pulling all ISOs that are not in the contracts scope of work (Big bore and Screw piping).

Weld mapped ISOs and tracked welds for Completion and RT percentages, by Area, Weld type, Materials type, and Welders. (RT 10%, per Area and per Welder)

Picked and flagged all RT welds. Set up the RT crews and check all their work to making sure it was complete and ready for review by the Inspectors- William (GC) and Linde (Engineer company). Both had full time inspectors on site.

Verified the piping per the ISOs, before blasting, tag and prep for each paint system, then revivifying that all is ready for shipping.

Made the shipping packets with completed ISOs, MTRs, and the number of pieces shipped. Verifying all ISOs and Pieces are tagged and on the trailer.

Worked in Oil field service running a roustabout crew, piping high presser natural gas lines for the Drilling rigs along with installing pump stations, condensate and frac tanks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

General Foreman- In charge of field crews, I had 3 piping crews with foreman's and two millwright crews with foreman's.

Field Engineer- drawing up ISOs off the Orthos and negotiated solutions with the general contractor and other trades on all routing problems.

Fab Shop Superintendent- set up the Passadena fab shop, then training the crews in proper industrial plumbing and trained them in PVC & CPVC back-welding techniques.

Assisted QC/ QA with weld mapping, tracking, and inspections.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Installed a new amine processing system on a working oil refinery facility.

We set 2 large tanks; 5 small vessels; and 2 large towers vessels; 2 cooling towers, and a 120 foot tall by 800 foot long by 60 wide, multistory steal beam pipe racks.

Piped in the new system, with tie-ins to per-existing, new, and per-fab lines.
