SUPERINTENDENT/ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER I am a very determined individual who will work as a team to help you succeed in any project. ACHIEVEMENTS 25 years construction experience. Skills include 4 years apprenticeship training in the Steamfitters U.A. Completed United States Aero Space School OF Technology in the U.S Air force. 16 years of x-ray welding, including stick, tig and mig. Projects in my career range from Micro Chip Clean rooms to oil refineries. Recently I was a key man in opening a successful new office in the New York City area for Landmark Electrical-Mechanical Services. While with Landmark I was Superintendent/ Assistant Project Manager for several projects with N.Y.C.H.A., C.U.N.Y. , N.Y.P.A. which included 158 housing authority buildings installing Double shell and tube heat exchanger hot water skids. 3 Boiler installations for the New York Police Precincts, 5 CUNY science labs in city colleges , 5 installations of water system booster pumps and a Natatorium AT Hunter College. Also projects in the Boston Mass. area. My oversight was logistics, manpower, meeting with project and construction managers as well as clients. And liason from Landmark to the Applicable Union reps. I have pictures of my projects and letters of recommendation from project and construction managers from the projects. I am a very personable person with good speaking skills and I hold integrity and honesty in the work place and home life in high regards. I am 52 years old and I am looking to grow with a company and help them to succeed. I have many contacts from the projects I ran from Government Agencies to Engineering firms to sub contractors and union halls. I will use these contacts to secure new work for the firm that hires me. I started my career at the Susquehanna Electric Steam Station in 1984 for Bechtel corp. 1985-88 with T.J.Ohora Mecanical Contractors,1988-90 I was at Tower City powerhouse,1990-91 I was at Frackville power house for Union Boiler.91-94 I bounced around 4 turn around's at Exxon oil refinery in Linden N.J.for Mid Way Construction and J,A,Jones. For E.I.I Instrumentation I opened up a fab shop and J.A.Jones I worked in the oil yard. x-ray certified welder for both contractors. Also during that period I worked at Rahway Incinerator for Colan Mechanical.1995 I worked Harris semi-conductor J.L.Turner as a foremean.1996 I worked on the Ridgefield power house in Ridgefield N.J.I worked as a signal man for the crane and x-ray weld repairer .I also worked at G.M. Auto plant and Haufman La Roche labs in Belvedere N.J.1997-2000 I bounced around at school projects and shut downs at the Portland Power House for N.P.S. Martins Creek Power House for N.P.S.2001 -02 Bethlehem Power House for Flemington Instruments and J.J.White2003 linden power house for Durr Mechanical. 2003-2006 I bounced around on shut downs at Sun Oil in Phili. for J.J.White, Portland Power House for N.P.S.and a renovation at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal for Mid Atlantic Mechanical.2006-2009 Performance Electric as Piping Superintendent/ Asst Project manager. At all the power houses and refineries i was a certified x-ray welder, my cert's were carbon steel stainless steel 2%chrome, inconell and monell.mig,tig and stick weld.
