Responsibilities: Created and Maintained Project Budgets and Schedules for High End Residential Custom Homes and Light Commercial Construction Projects up to Three Million Dollars.
Typical Projects:
Gilbertson Home (Cost Plus contract approximately 1.8 million dollars)- Estimated, bid, contracted, ordered all materials and managed on site construction through project punch out. The architect designed en thousand square foot stone clad Mediterranean Villa included negative edge swimming pool with cabana, wine cellar, elevator shaft, advanced home technology system with fiber optics, custom artisan plaster, custom handmade floor and bath tile, in floor hydronic heating system, sauna, storm shelter, natural gas fired back up generator and plaza style entrance with fountain.
Huntington Place Assisted Living Facility (3.0 Million Dollars)- Huntington Place is a 48 unit assisted living facility with a full service kitchen facility. My contribution to the project included coordinating the planning of the facility including the Architectural Design, Structural Engineering and HVAC Design. I estimated, bid, contracted and scheduled all phases of construction. The project was delivered on time and under budget.

Smith Dental Clinic (Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars)- The Smith Dental Clinic design included collaboration with the customer and dental equipment consultant. The contract included the entire masonry clad building including all interior design, custom built cabinetry and air and water piping. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
