June 2008- September 2008 - Bartram - Gainesville, FL ($60,000,000.000) Assistant Superintendent 5 buildings, four stories each, totaling 338 units with a six story parking deck, two pools and a fitness center.
Duties: This project was two months behind when I was sent to get it back on schedule. I was in charge of three buildings where I took over after rough electrical was complete. I managed the subcontractors and schedule until units were turned with owner acceptance. While at this project, I gained Owner Acceptance for 188 of the 338 units.
February 2008- May 2008 - Savannah Preserve - Bradenton, FL ($20,000,000.000) Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent 15 buildings, two stories each, totaling 90 units with a pool and clubhouse.
Duties: Sent to supervise punch list completion for Owner Approval and Acceptance.
October 2006 - January 2008 - Post Hyde Park IV - Tampa, FL ($11,000,000.000) Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent 3 buildings, three stories each building totaling 84 units and 36 garages.
Duties: Project engineer in charge of all paper work on the jobsite and competent person for OSHA compliance. Also assistant superintendent in charge of all aspects of work from Lumber and Siding takeoffs to material management. As well as finishes starting with Drywall and through to Owner Acceptance.
