Set up off-site assembly facility to accommodate equipment and production. Hired/trained workforce, assembling, testing, and shipping units ahead of schedule. Directed all aspects of industrial project. Contracted to install new boiler system for PMEs chemical plant client. Analyzed blueprints and P+ID (piping blueprints), determining demolition, construction and fabrication strategies. Directed all civil, steel and piping construction, ensuring all quality, environmental and state inspections were met. Resolved environmental project issue. Eisenmanns client provided incorrect byproduct data, damaging RTO unit. As technical consultant, collaborated with local contractor to develop disassembly and safety procedures. Implemented changes with minimal disruption to production, increasing customer satisfaction. Optimized manufacturing operations by installing key industrial element. Selected by Eisenmann to install multiple 160 Roller Hearth kilns to clients new manufacturing facility. Developed and implemented fabrication and assembly processes, testing kilns to ensure precision and quality issues were met. CAREER HISTORY Mechanical Superintendent, PME, 2008 to 2009. Contracted to direct the installation of chemical plants industrial boiler system for this $1B engineering contractor. Oversaw the demolition, civil, structural and mechanical construction, shipping, receiving, QA, and ensured OSHA and EH&S regulations were met. Managed crew of 50+. Lead Project Coordinator, Prairie State Industries, 2007 to 2008. Contracted to lead the fabrication, welding and installation of RTO (Rotary Thermal Oxidizer) unit for this $1.7M steel fabricator and casings organization. Eisenmann Corporation. Promoted to levels of increasing responsibility for this $500M+ global supplier of ceramic technology, surface finishing systems, environmental technology and material flow automation equipment firm. Assembly and Fabrication Supervisor, 1997 to 2007. Promoted to oversee the fabrication and assembly for projects on-site and off-site to ensure completion of multiple industrial projects.
