Coordinated the design, submittal and approval of all planning and entitlement documentation including but not limited to Army Corps of Engineer permits, South Florida Water Management District permits, Department of Environmental Protection permits, building plans, plats, site and construction plans etc. Experience includes Rural Lands Stewardship Area planning for the Town of Ave Maria.
-Oversaw the construction of several 30,000 square foot commercial facilities including, restaurants, gas stations, car washes, pools and offices. -Managed the establishment of two large Community Development Districts having secured construction proceeds totaling over $30,000,000.00 -Daily managed and maintained budgets exceeding $500,000,000.00 -Managed personnel ensuring that all permitting was completed ahead of production starts.
