Managed every aspect of assigned projects, including the day-to-day operations of up to five single family and multi-family subdivisions concurrently. Budgets ranged from $6.4M to $14.8M under construction at any given time per project and project totals from $51M to $150M. Oversaw staff development, training, performance, weekly safety reports for compliance with OSHA regulations, and collaborated with superintendents and customer relations managers on quality control.
