Superintendent March 2006 - July 2008 Marysville, Washington Description: I worked as a superintendent for a general contracting company. The company did work ranging from remodels, new construction, and commercial construction. Superintendent I worked as a superintendent for Belew and Asc. (General contracting) I was working as a commercial superintendent, in charge of building a fully automated carwash. My duties included; overseeing and scheduling of all sub-contractors, as well as all required inspections. I worked closely with the city on maintaining proper codes. As well, I consulted with the owner of the project, and the engineer if needed. The carwash was a complete site improvement. This included new utilities (power-pole, etc), drainage, 100-year retention vault, and a water/oil separator. There were two emproachments cut in, as well as a new retaining wall along the northeastern corner of the property.
