Objective : My objective is to obtain a management position utilizing my engineering, managing, designing, coordinating, and supervising experience. I work on a team concept basis and Im also a hands-on project manager. My experience has been in developing construction documents with architects, performing due diligence on structures, qualifying and selecting subcontractors, obtaining permits and scheduling inspections, maintaining schedules and budgets and managing construction projects. Additionally, I have vast experience in project coordination and interfacing with clients, building engineering, consultants and vendors which also included construction meetings and utility shutdowns. Lastly, administrative tasks consisted of creating job folders for controlling, logging and processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, job cost reports, communications, tracking time cards/hours, payment of invoices, as-builts, construction schedules, punchlists, equipment startup and project closeout requirements. Please note that cost for projects have ranged from $4,000 to $100 million. Please note that I am available for work immediately and willing to relocate or travel (100%) if required.
