Project Manager for Boulder Valley School District remodel on Crestview Elementary, $4.2 million. Project was accelerated when it was approximately half done, taking away 42 days in the construction schedule. Was able maximize labor and subcontractors time to complete the project on time in order for school to open.

SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER

Responsible for the implementation and installation of the new prototype design for the company. The retrofit involved 13 stores in Portland, Oregon over the course of 3 weeks. It involved coordinating all subcontractors, equipment vendors and store personnel to ensure that the complete change out could be accomplished between the hour of 8 pm and 11 am the next day. All stores were completed and open on time. The project was completed within time and at a cost of 5% under the original budget. This project encompassed over 2 years of planning and testing.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Worked as part of a team, including operations, purchasing, real estate, and construction that opened 24 stores in 2 states with in a period of 16 months. Helped in the selection of contractors and provided site supervision. Established a preventative maintenance program that resulted in reduced operating costs of 20%. Also assisted with demographic studies for site selection.
