Construction Manager
Provide expert oversight of construction document development, managing all contracts, horizontal infrastructure budgets, scheduling, team building and installation processes. Collaborated with Army personnel to ensure contractor compliance with Department of Environmental Protection standards. Directed demolition and utilities termination for all building structures on 38-acre site. Adeptly project managed $1M on-site petroleum impacted soil remediation project. Directed the coordination of the horizontal infrastructures between the Red Bulls Soccer Stadium and our development project.

Project Highlights:
Spearheaded on-time successful completion of Picatinny Arsenal, a 27k square foot army base office building, coordinating utilities installation and final tenant move in.
