Summary:
I am an experienced Piping Mechanical Estimator and Construction Manager offering 35 years of proven expertise in multi-discipline estimating, project management, engineering and craft supervision for the installation of industrial process mechanical equipment and process piping systems.
I have an established track record of completing projects within the projected schedule and budget. Project Management responsibilities include providing overall administrative, safety, technical direction and site management with full P&L responsibility.
I have successfully managed mechanical projects valued at more than forty million dollars, as well as successfully estimating and managing multiple mechanical projects with values from fifty thousand dollars to two million dollars.
Industry experience includes Chemical Plants, Textile Plants, Paint Manufacturing Plants, Food Processing Plants, AAC Panels and Block manufacturing, PET Blow Molded Plastic manufacturing, Pulp & Paper and Nuclear Power Generating facilities.
Estimating duties included attending project pre-bid meetings, preparation and presentation of Process and HVAC piping estimates as well as chiller system, cooling tower systems, package boilers, air compressors and manufacturing process mechanical equipment installation estimates.
