A consulting practice providing resources for development, architecture and construction management providing owners, developers, contractors, architects and
engineers comprehensive day-to-day management of public and private projects.

Shedd Aquarium - Managed multiple renovation and move coordination projects for special exhibits and office areas while Aquarium remained open and fully functional.
Acted as main contact point for client, contractors, exhibit designers, and vendors.
Racquet Club of Chicago - Developed $2.5m facility master plan for private club to repair deferred and outdated systems and structures. Club remained fully operational
and functional during renovations. Coordinated work with contractors and club to provide minimum disruption to members.
Hotel Felix - Chicago, IL - Complete interior renovation of 1926 hotel into 225 key boutique hotel, spa and restaurant.
Hotel Cass - Chicago, IL - Complete interior renovation of 1925 hotel into 175 key boutique hotel.
North Shore Skokie Hotel Skokie, IL Complete interior and exterior renovation of 1973 hotel consisting of 367 keys, 15,000sf of meeting space, restaurant and bar;
hotel remained open during project.

AECOM (McCLIER CORPORATION, Chicago, Illinois) (1999-2005)
Architectural and design-build firm specializing in commercial and industrial facility construction and renovation for Fortune 500 clients nationwide.

Chicago Board of Trade - Interior renovations of lobby, elevator modernization, electrical upgrades and facade restoration. Completed $19mm renovation in an occupied
building coordinating all work with existing tenants.
Target Corporation - $50m Program Management for the interior retail renovation of 10 floors and faade preservation of the Marshall Field State Street Chicago, Illinois.
American Express World Trade Center, New York, NY - Coordinated restoration and reconstruction of American Express headquarters after 9/11 attacks. Coordinated initial
emergency building stabilization, damage assessment and report for building owners and insurance companies. Implemented solution based on approved plan.
Northwest Airlines Design build of a new $28m, 182,000 square foot flight kitchen at Northwest Airlines new terminal at Detroit Metropolitan Airport.
Comdisco, Inc, Rosemont, IL - Design build of a new $10m Data recovery center in King of Prussia, PA and Design build $3m emergency power upgrade to the Wooddale, IL.
