Performed final inspections and prepared punch lists and assure contractors scopes of work were fully completed, closed out projects and maintained electronic and hard copy project files and records. This facility had 2 Million sq. ft. of floor space on 560 acres of Civil Activity with the Gilbane Company.

PROJECT MANAGER 1999-2001-- Maintained optimum billing percentages, managed all construction activities following project approvals and coordinated work with customer; directed assigned construction activities, reviewed and approved contractor payment applications; inspected and signed off on work activity. Performed final inspections and prepared punch lists and assured that contractors scopes of work were fully complete; closed out projects and maintained electronic and hard copy project files and records. Project was for General Motors production conveying systems including controls and specialty conveyors such as power & free, skid, skillet and AGV with JB Webb Co. Projects included the assistance with development of 'Primavera' scheduling systems and utilization of trend and control charts that resulted in more easily controlled projects.


SR. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 1992-1999--Directly responsible for safety, budget & performance of all personnel, tools & equipment, set vessels, mechanical & electrical equipment, reorganized workforce activity; directed assigned construction activities, reviewed and approved contractor payment applications; inspected and signed off on work activity. Performed final inspections and prepared punch lists and assured that contractors scopes of work were fully complete; closed out projects and maintained electronic and hard copy project files and records. Controlled subcontractors and billing submittals. Re-established customer contact with Summit Brewing through relationship building. Maintained this position with JE Merritt, Abbott Laboratories and Ibberson International.

















PROJECT MANAGER 1987-1992 Maintained turn around contracts with Paper Companies under Lindquist Construction Services assuring that proper construction methods and techniques were followed. Assured the customer Project Manager that all contract conditions were met by each contractor including holding change orders in check. These jobs were completed as massive, coordinated team efforts.



AREA SUPERINTENDENT 1983-1987--Directed all crafts and sub-contractors; performed final inspections and prepared punch lists and assured that contractors scopes of work were fully complete; closed out projects and maintained electronic and hard copy project files and records. Reviewed and approved subcontractors billing submittals on new paper mill projects which included boilers, precipitators, turbines, digesters, stacks, wood chip dumpers, underground utilities. Controlled change orders and area budgets on projects up to $600Million with The Rust Engineering Company.



AREA FIELD ENGINEER 1977-1983--Assured all projects were built according to all plans & specifications within schedule & budget on brown stock and white paper facilities. Performed minor civil, structural, architectural, piping and HVAC designs in all areas of my involvement. Areas of involvement included boilers, bleach plants, tanks, towers & digesters, underground utilities, nuclear remediation, control rooms and office facilities. Directly involved with Union Crafts assuring quality work and workmanship were maintained on projects up to $995Million for The Rust Engineering Company



SCHEDULER 1973-1977--Developed CPM Schedules (Prima-Vera P3) and Trend & Control charts for a Carbonless Paper Expansion, a 750 TPD Paper Mill, a Refuse to Energy garbage burning facility and Reactors & Autoclaves within a DOE Uranium Reduction Facility with The Rust Engineering Company. Projects ranged up to $55Million Directed planning efforts on a Capital Camps Project in Saudi Arabia on the accelerated gas liquefaction program that began in the mid-1970s The Rust Engineering Company, Holmes and Narver.



DESIGNER-1972-1973-- Design & detail culverts as well as bridges for the State of Missouri Bridge Division Interstate system. Performed minor architectural as well as piping and HVAC designs for The Rust Engineering Company.
