I gained experience in government inspection requirements, geometric dimensioning, and CNC machining including Lucas 4 axis boring mill with 130"x70x45 capacity, Toshiba Horizontal boring mill with rotary table, and several Mori Seiki vertical mills, training and experience with ISO 9001. I also have extensive experience in programming both vertical and horizontal mills. Experience on manual equipment includes lathes, turret lathes, vertical, horizontal and universal mills, surface grinders, lapping machines, and tool post grinders. I have limited experience on crankshaft, centered and centerless grinders. Other shop experience include welding, manual sheers, breaks, leaf breaks, hydraulic press and punches, forklifts and overhead hoists.
While at Landolls I completed training in problem solving and facilitation from Nebraska Wesleyan University and Quality design group.
