2000 +Moved to Maui & worked for the Union (Local 745) & a variety of local contractors, mostly in a lead capacity. I have done everything from tract housing to high end customs & specialized in high end finish work. Since moving to the Big Island in 2005 I have also built everything from kit houses for owner builders to high end custom homes. Most recently I have been self employed doing remodels.

SUMMARYAs you can see from my work history, I have been employed mostly in the construction industry & have a varied background over the last 27 years performing everything from architectural design & drafting, site set out, formwork, concrete placing & finishing, framing truss layout, stick framing roofs, drywall, siding & finish work. I have mostly been employed in a lead capacity & lead by example. I am also a competent site foreman & project manager having ran my own company in New Zealand for almost 12 years. I have kept up my interest in Automotive engineering by working on my own & friends vehicles & have built a number of hot rods & drag cars including the building & tuning of high performance motors. I also have a keen interest in sustainable living & enjoy growing my own vegetables. I am a personable self starter who gets along well with my co workers & enjoy all challenges & tasks assigned to me. I have a strong work ethic & with a new child in my life, need the stability of full time work
