James E. Faull is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years domestic and international experience in civil engineering, construction management, real estate development, business management, litigation support and consulting. Prior to his work in the renewable Wind Energy sector with Nova Partners, Mr. Faull created and directed the Corporate Quality Assurance Program for one of the largest building general contractors in the United States. As Construction Manager for the W. M. Keck Observatory in Hawaii, Mr. Faull successfully directed the design and construction of the facilities housing the two largest telescopes in the world.
