The attached resume and portfolio describes my company, Mark Eliot Design LLC, where I directed sales and marketing, design, construction management and customer satisfaction that enabled the company to garner an industry leadership position. These skills and experience were provided to key commercial, corporate, residential and golf course clients and allowed my company to be one of the top service providers in New York Metro area.

Key working areas of expertise include: sales, design, permit management, sub-contractor direction and detail completion of the project. I then implement a year round maintenance program and specifications for all horticultural and turf procedures, including an equipment list and manpower requirements. I remain on as a consultant to oversee maintenance and to design any new construction projects.

I would very much like to meet with you to discuss how I designed and managed the irrigation, masonry, night lighting and the pool renovation of the Dubois estate in Greenwich, CT. One of the projects that I am most proud of is the irrigation design of the renovated Yankee Stadium in 1976.
