Responsibilities: My latest assignment was overseeing a 312 unit Multi family apartment complex, located in Gilbert, AZ. The project consists of thirteen -three story buildings containing 24 units per building. I oversaw site preparation; consisting of all utilities on site and off site. Maintaining budget, schedule, change orders, etc. related to project management. I reported directly to the Division President, additionally I supervised: 1 site superintendent, 2 assistant superintendents, 1 punch-man, and daily laborers as needed.
Additionally I reviewed bids; set scopes of works / contract language, established project budgets and costs codes and will manage the construction of two other projects coming on board the first of 2007, one located in Tempe, AZ. And the other project in Goodyear, AZ., each over 300 units.

Responsibilities: During the period of time I worked at Fairfield my direct responsibility was to obtain / set up new projects in the Las Vegas, NV. Metro areas. This consisted of preliminary plan reviews, site plans, locating a general office. Researching: new vendors, material men.
