CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Acted successfully as the CEO of Arc-P consult LLC for 17 years in Munich Germany and was the primary liaison for business development in Europe and the Middle-East region. Arc-P consult was providing project and program management services in the construction field of administration and hospitality projects and was able to secure long term businesses with global players such as Marriott-, Hilton- Ramada, Renaissance Hotel groups. In January 2000 Arc-P joined Bovis Lendlease as a European local partner to develop large scale construction projects for international clients like NCR, L3 communications, BEA Systems, Fujisawa, Pecunet, Symantec, etc.
The main task was developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of distinguished international clients including potential firms in the oil producing countries in the Middle East, specifically in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The challenge of developing the worlds tallest residential building encouraged the decision to join Trident International Holdings after 17 years of Arc-P. With a value of USD + 500Mio and its unique protruding penthouse concept, this project is considered one of the most sophisticated structures among high rise residential buildings. Trident is one of the most successful luxury real estate developers in the Middle East.
One year later, maintaining the same level of challenging projects, started to develop the World island Rio De Janeiro in the Waters of Dubai which is also one of the reputed mammoth projects in the region.
Other projects followed in Oman, India and China so that the total projects amount increased to over USD 1.5 Billion.
