Selected Achievements & Skills
Developed and implemented a plan to install new chilled water supply to cooling system that resulted in net annual savings of $350,000 and negated the necessity of rebuilding old, outdated chiller system.
Established a coordination process that assured a major general contractor completed a 200 million dollar renovation project according to plan specs and a resultant smooth transition to facility maintenance.
Instituted an equipment support process that expedited troubleshooting and problem solving. This reduced downtime and improved operating efficiancy by 22%.
Lead an effort in meeting with tradesmen that encouraged employee ownership and resultant satisfaction with assigned tasks.
