I also was heavily involved preparing budgets/estimating for the future years capital plan.

Construction Manager
I built high-end homes with superior quality from the ground up while maintaining a high customer satisfaction level. I maintained on average 100% production level while managing trades and vendors. I also took care of the small details that set my neighborhood apart from the rest (signage, model maintenance, subdivision maintenance, and staying on or below budget). In addition to all of these things I also did warranty service for customers within or better than my managements timeframe.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
I spent two summers in Juarez, Mexico where my responsibilities were to lead groups of twenty or more in building a small house in just three days. Not only was this a life changing experience, but it also brought out the drive that I have to finish the job and to do it the right way. More recently, I have made a few weekend trips to the Beaumont, TX area to help rebuild the houses that were heavily damaged in Hurricane Ike.
