Installed a MOST based work measurement database for assembly labor used for cost estimating of all custom transformer designs and current Ensign standard transformer design offerings with the data being operation specific. The estimating program was menu driven using Excel vertical lookup tables for calculating raw material costs and usage. The estimate labor hours are used to establish the product routing, via Made2Manage (M2M) production software.
