Duties included total responsibility of entire operation as it pertained to new construction and retrofit. Responsibilities encompassed continuity of operations including office staff of 5 employees.

2002-2004 Senior Project Manager Waukegan Roofing.
Duties included in this position were bidding, negotiating, project management and supervision of an office staff of 3 employees.

1988-2002 President and owner of DM Roofing Inc.
Operating in new construction and tear off and replacement in the industrial and commercial market. This included all bidding, negotiating and project management of all contracts awarded.

1977-1988 Key Account Manager, Maco Roof Systems.
Responsibilities included management of company key account, training and management of a sales staff of 7 employees and an office staff of 3.
