Electrical Designer.

Design of low voltage electrical power systems for commercial facilities, schools, healthcare and retail. Assign for preparation of panel schedules, lighting, power, grounding, auxiliary systems and signals, cable sizing, voltage drop and short circuit analysis, cost estimate, electrical specifications, energy conservation ComCheck and Title 24 (CA), construction administration, one line/riser diagrams.

Coordination of sizes of primary utility transformers with designed buildings.

Responsibilities were to prepare of contract documents and work scope statements for contractors.

Responsibilities were to negotiate and develop contract documents for labor services for clients.

CAD tools and software proficient: AutoCAD 2008, Microsoft Excel, Visual, training in Ravit.
