Responsibilities
Lead project management services with clients, architects/engineers, contractors, suppliers, entities and other key team members involved in a project. Directly involve on establish, develop and maintain relationships with all parties.

oProject close-out releases and documentation (punch list, city/county inspections, certificate of occupancy C.O., final waivers and operational and maintenance manuals).
