Wrote the construction procedures; submitting them to Ebasco Services Inc. for approval, prior to mobilizing onsite.
Drafted detailed project schedules for Units 3 & 5 including a total project schedule, a quarterly schedule, a monthly schedule, and weekly schedules including regular updates as required by the contract.
Served as the Project Manager during the first 1 years of construction. Was moved to the field because of my overall project knowledge, serving as General Building Superintendent.
By meeting twice-weekly with all superintendents we were able to trim one year off of certain phases of our Contract required construction schedule saving more than $1 million in general conditions costs.
