Ford Field- Detroit, MI: Completion 1st level of Old Hudsons Warehouse: Ground level included all commissary offices, docks, telecommunications and television distribution room/s, concession stands, concession store, ground level restrooms, elevator lobby, ticket booths, security main offices and central station, mechanical room/s . Came on board approximately 5 months from completion.
Dearborn Inn- Marriott Hotel: Ford Land Development-Dearborn MI (historic site). Approximately 5 acres of Oakwood Blvd/ West Road site entrance alterations including utility (storm, water) underground ,stone, concrete and bituminous paving, entrance masonry, signage, site lighting entrance, irrigation and landscaping. Tomra of North America: Howell, MI. Approximately 80,000 feet green site construction including all
underground utilities (storm, sanitary, water, gas, power, communications. Complete build of site and
building. Building used for glass and aluminum can / bottle crushing. Building included approx. 20k feet
office area and 60,000 feet shop area which included conveying systems, 24- truck wells. This distribution
center is on a 5 acre site. Construction value approximately 6M.

Description of duties:
Attend contract pre- award (review and modify scopes of work), pre- construction meeting with contractors, invitation to bid interviews with owners and architects and present overview of build out plan, review contract design documents / shop drawings, advise owner / architect of constructibility or value engineering design opportunities. Conduct owner / architect, contractor, contractor kickoff meetings, ME coordination and special meetings and maintain team relationships. Demonstrate best in class and solutions.
Review general conditions, schedule of values, contract retainage, approve payment applications and review with owners. Prepare requests for informantion-RFIs, change orders-COs, extras to the contract / review with owner, resolve disputes with all parties, milestone schedules, schedules/timelines, 2/ 4 week lookahead schedules, evaluate plans/site logistic plans for sequencing of project and marshalling staging - hold areas etc., review all shop drawings and manpower requirements with contractors, daily / monthly reports, manage all contractors (35-120 tradesmen). Monitor all costs,
testing agencies, overall quality, schedule, budget, execute procedures Q9001 / policies, site specific safety plans and overall safety on jobsite, material status- required per-
formance / non-performance of contractors and termination if required. Inspection walk throughs with city officials. Execute punchlist, as- built drawings and project closeout.
