Managed the development of a 298-key limited service hotel in Brooklyn, NY. The building consisted of a cellar level and 11-stories above grade, totaling approximately 142,000 sf. Selected and oversaw the project design team, negotiated contracts, managed all governmental approvals, created and maintained the project budget and schedule. Became part of a start-up real estate development firm by partnering with two real estate brokers in NYC. The business originally targeted on telecom properties nationally, then became focused on properties in the New York City market.
