Extensive Construction Management experience in both the USA and abroad. Projects include: Installation of four units Gas Turbine (Thai Oil) in Thailand; construction of a UOP Penex/Molex Process Unit (Thai Oil) in Thailand; construction of a UOP Penex Process Unit (Bangchak Petroleum) in Thailand; construction of a major petroleum Products storage terminal in Saudi Arabia; expansion of Petroleum refining facility in Venezuela; construction of an LNG Plant and facilities, plus compressor stations and pipeline in Iran; as well as construction of camps, a prison complex, power and nuclear power plants, and single-family residence development in various locations.
Project duties and responsibilities have included but have not been limited to: supervising specialty engineers assigned to projects; ascertaining that projects were being constructed in accordance with contracts; making certain that the responsible engineers made frequent and proper inspections of works; analyzing project schedules submitted by contractors and monitoring if any delays in project; making frequent site inspections of works under construction; reviewing monthly reports submitted by contractor and commenting as appropriate on contents; acting as liaison for client in day-to-day activities; preparing weekly and monthly construction reports.
Has some command of the Spanish language and is fluent in Farsi.
