Former operational responsibilities have consisted of annual departmental construction budget of $100 million, as well as supervising the department consisting of Project Managers, Tenant Coordinators, Project Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and Administrators. Additional responsibilities not only included the coordination of design firms, engineers and consultants, but a specific concentration was on departmental growth and third party profit centered growth. Formulation of departmental business plans and design of a tiered management structure were highlights of my management abilities which increased the annual construction budget from $15 million to $100 million, plus. Demonstrating a proven proficiency in all facets of restaurant, retail, and shopping center design and construction has been instrumental in successfully building, renovating and negotiating numerous retail and commercial properties, in a 24 million square foot portfolio.

Owner representative / consultant / Director of Construction services for minority contractor specializing in third party retail, commercial, banking and federal government construction development activities. Includes the day to day aspects of renovations to new build projects at the direction of the owner and full responsibilities from design, estimation, pre-development to construction closeout.
Currently and personally responsible for the management and coordination of multiple designs, renovations and conversions of corporate projects at the JP Morgan Chase Headquarters, ATM Command Center, Ancillary Office Buildings, Banking Facilities and Telepresence Conference Rooms. Includes the direction of FF&E as well as the coordination of Facility Management responsibilities.
Personally directed and managed NAVFAC (Naval Facility) base and hangar renovations as well as current USACE (United States Army Corp of Engineers) construction / renovation to a 30,000 sq.ft. Landlords main construction and architectural representative for all predevelopment and site development, tasks included assisting the Real Estate Department in all due diligence and site selection.
