Owner representative / consultant / Director of Construction services for minority contractor specializing in third party retail, commercial, banking and federal government construction development activities. Includes the day to day aspects of renovations to new build projects at the direction of the owner and full responsibilities from design, estimation, pre-development to construction closeout.
