Responsible for project administration of multiple mechanical construction subcontracts. Responsibilities include the following:

* Working with estimating department to prepare takeoff for future work to be bid.
* Consolidate estimates and bid future mechanical work.
* Prepare project budget and evaluate progress of project against budget quarterly.
* Prepare schedule of values, submit payment applications and collect monies in timely manner.
* Procure, approve, release, expedite and track material and equipment supplies for projects.

* Assembly and maintain all pertinent logs and schedules for projects.
* Identify, estimate, and process contract amendments and change orders.
* Establish and administer quality inspection program for projects.
* Oversee coordination of mechanical trades and assist general contractors in coordination of all trades.
* Coordinate close-out, commissioning, and training activities for all mechanical systems.
* Work with project foremen to manage and report field labor productivity.
* Oversee service work during warranty period for completed projects.
* Provide input, develop, and track job cost control items and other specific historical data.

Complete renovation and infrastructure improvement of the Supreme Court building. Project divided into phases. Phase 1 and 2 completed prior to my involvement with the project.

Assist project manager and site superintendents in the managing of the construction project as the prime contractor. Responsibilities included the following:

* Assisted project manager and superintendent with the daily paper requirements.
* Directed as many as three subordinate field engineers.
* Work included verification of installed items and coordinating of all punch listing, testing and inspection.
* Assemble and maintain progress and punchlist evaluations of subcontractors work.
* Maintain current set of as-built drawings.
* Principal engineer in the reviewing and processing of project civil, structural, architectural, and electrical submittals.
* Coordination of all architectural and civil subcontractors.
* Employee indoctrination.
* Directed and oversaw detailing labor force as foreman.
* Drafted, updated and maintained CPM schedules for projects.
* Miscellaneous responsibilities include: computer systems manager, certified payroll coordinator, office manager, and interim safety engineer.
* Also held positions of mechanical field engineer, civil/structural field engineer, scheduler, and quality control engineer during employment with Bell BCI Company.

Renovation and addition to existing chiller plant located at the National Institute of Health. The project will increase the chilled water capacity of the campus by 20,000 tons with the installation of new centrifugal water chillers, cooling towers, and pumping systems. Project also includes relocation of existing utilities to facilitate the construction of the project.

Construction of new 230,000 square foot training facility for Army Corp of Engineers. Work included installation of all associated concrete, mechanical piping, and sitework.
