Objective : |
Introduction To whom it may concern Ive been in the electrical business for 28 years now. Ive done a considerable amount of commercial, industrial and new construction project over the years. With each project Ive pushed to get each one done in a timely manner and within schedule. With my years of experience of doing construction, materials for a project is usually cover in the bid process. The main factor for a project that will make it go over budget is labor. Labor will make or break a project. Knowing this keeping labor down, managing materials, having good communication with the general contractor and all subcontractors on the project will assure the project will be completed on timely manner and under budget. For the last ten years Ive been in the industrial field as a project manager/industrial tech. In this position my job consisted with bidding the installation of machinery, conveyor systems, control panel designs and relocation of machinery. My position also included billing and order materials for each project. Developing a close relationship with the customer to ensure their satisfaction was one of my main goals. In do so I was always considered for any future projects. This meant that if a company called and I had no tech to send I would go out in the field myself and trouble shoot the machinery and help the customer to get their equipment back in operational order. Ive done this many times! This usually meant future projects without going thru the bidding process.
Your consideration for your firm would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Gene Cronan
