Objectives

Obtain full time employment in the construction, construction management industry. I want to work for a company that can offer a chance to excel in my field, grow with the company, and find satisfaction in providing quality work for my employers, and their clients.
Experience

I have experience in various areas of the building industry. I can read blueprints. I have layout abilities. I have years of experience in all aspects of finish carpentry, from installing doors, and casework, crown moldings and wainscoating, to complete railing fabrication and installation. I have installed hundreds of kitchen and bath cabinets and tops, and cut and installed their various trim components.
I have framing experience, framed, sheeted and roofed many houses. I have built many patio decks using a variety of materials. I can layout stair stringers, as well as roof rafters.
Over the last 20 years I have had several employees, and sub contactors under my supervision and been responsible for their productivity, and work quality, as well as their scheduling and utilization.
I have also supervised the building of several custom homes, from the planning stages to delivery.
I also have extensive remodeling experience, and have undertaken several projects from conception to completion.
