Interior Build-outMr. Diaz has overseen the finishing of over 1,000,000 SF of interiors in the past 30 years. Riding the dot.com wave, we were starting spaces for Taconic investment within moments- literally- of assisting the leasing agent in ascertaining tenants space requirements and the sensible partitioning of floor plates.
At 345 Park Avenue, we arranged and scheduled painting and carpet replacement of 42,000 SF occupied offices on weekends and premium time.
