Project Management Strategic Planner in Wind Central Maintenance I am accountable for the 5 year project development planning for the wind turbine fleets repetitive maintenance program and emergent work projects. The fleet consists of 70 sites in 16 states and Canada of 8,179 WTGs of 15 different technologies. As planner, I develop projects and standards as well as project report analysis, 5 year planning of budgets, schedules & per diem reviews by region. As a Knowledge Delivery System administrator (employee computer based safety training), I maintain employee training system.

Project Management as a Planner, my duties included the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling and closing projects. As a planner, I am required to manage individual projects including verification of permits and notice of commencement. Prepare, process, track and follow-up on all project related documents and pending items (earned value, contract change orders, directives, applications for payment, submittals). Throughout the projects, I continuously maintained a stakeholder focused active approach and provided closing documentation including contractor evaluations to ensure client expectations had been met. Coordinated site and administration activities including cost control systems plus analyze and assemble documents as requested.

Contractor for PG&E National Energy Group /Dispersed Generation for general operation of power peaker plants in California that includes Pratt & Whitney FT-4s combustion turbines at the Chula Vista and Escondido power plants. I was responsible for all aspects of the sites including dispatch operations 24/7, maintenance, administration of personnel and contractors. I maintained assurance of compliance and reporting with all federal, state and local regulations. Also, I was responsible for developing plant procedures in regards to training of employees on equipment operations and maintenance. Previous assignment as a contractor during commissioning and operation for PG&E National Energy Group at the Ohio Peaker Plant Units including GE Frame 5 and Westinghouse 301s.

Coastal Technologies Inc.
Eagle Point Cogeneration Plant, Westville, N.J.

Maintenance Technical Support for a 225 megawatt Cogeneration Power Plant that included (2) GE Frame 7EA gas turbines, (1) ABB steam turbine providing steam and power to the Coastal Refinery. I developed a Predictive Maintenance Program. My duties included Project Management Planning to include the coordination of contractors and personnel for a major field overhaul of a GE Frame 7EA combustion turbine including new 2035 up-rate parts. Also, I was appointed Safety and Regulatory Compliance Coordinator for the facility including CEMS unit SCADA reporting.

John Brown Engineering, Power Division
O'Brien Cogeneration Plant, Parlin, N.J.
Shift supervisor for a start-up, commissioning and commercial operation for a 120 MW co-generation power plant. Promoted to Chief Engineer to supervise personnel and contractors for the safe, successful construction, operation and maintenance of the facility. Responsibilities also included all Federal, State and local regulatory compliance permitting and reporting.

Johnson and Johnson
Eastern Surgical Dressing Plant, North Brunswick, N.J.
Chief Engineer for operations and maintenance of High Temperature Hot Water boilers and systems, central Chilled Water Plant and systems, HVAC, electrical high voltage distribution and an energy management system of a 1,200,000 sq. ft. building of a pharmaceutical facility. Responsibilities included start-up & commissioning of utilities for a new corporate headquarters and coordinating contractors for the completion of contract.
