PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Accomplishments: Senior Project Manager leading multidiscipline design teams through design coordination, construction document executing and construction observation. I was responsible for multiple scale super market/retail, commercial, and office building projects varying in size from 6k sq. ft., to 320k sq. ft., with values ranging from $1.2 to $27 million. Two recently completed super market/retail projects are: Sun Lake Publix at 75.6k sq. ft. with a Bdgt. of $9.5 million, Land O Lakes, FL; and Big Bend Publix at 71.9k sq. ft. with a Bdgt. of $8.75 million, Riverview, FL. Other retail projects include the large scale, 320k sq. ft., $27 million, Port St. Lucie Retail Center, in Port St. Lucie, FL. Several non-retail projects include; the DEX Office/Warehouse Building, Tampa, FL., 80k sq. ft., Bdgt. $13 million; the Hills Office/Warehouse Building, Tampa, FL, 26k sq. ft., Bdgt. $5 million; Channel 13 Studios, 18k sq. ft., Orlando FL., Bdgt. $3 million; Bay News 9 Studios, 28k sq. ft., St. Petersburg, FL, Bdgt. $4 million, and Home Shopping Network studio/office renovation, 110k sq. ft., Bdgt. $3 million.

Accomplishments: Lead Project Manager for: The Cardiovascular Innovation Institute for Jewish Hospital/University of Louisville responsible for planning and design coordination, construction document development and construction observation; project scope, $21 million. The KCTCS, Gateway Community & Technical College, Mt. Zion Campus, Phase I; with responsibilities including total project development, campus master planning, design and project construction document coordination; project scope, $10 million. Phase I building 34k sq. ft. Bdgt. $8 million. The E. J. Nutter Football Training Center, an 11.5k sq. ft., $3.5 million, football office addition, for the University of Kentucky, Athletic Department; Phases IV & V, of the Wendell H. Ford Regional Training Center, Army National Guard, Greenville, KY. A 7 building, 3 facility, phased physical plant expansion. As Project Manager I was responsible for all architectural planning/design, engineering team coordination, and construction observation with a completed project scope $5.5 million.

Accomplishments: In 1991 I reestablished my private practice, completing a general aviation terminal, a historic restoration and renovation work, and other public and private projects. I completed several real estate, concept and development proformas, plans and loan packages for a series of personal care facilities for the elderly, while assisting the City of Grapevine in rewriting their zoning ordinances to accommodate such building types. Adjunct to these projects I published my thesis for a master's degree in architecture.

Accomplishments: Senior project architect for several national client accounts in the food service and hospitality industries; including such corporations as McDonald's and Chili's, Red Roof Inns and Sheraton Hotels. My responsibilities also included concept and design development for all custom projects ranging from one of a kind restaurants to medium sized office buildings and large scale private residences. In 1983, I established the Las Colinas office design division to service the architectural and interior design needs of an expanding client base; executing major corporate and private projects in Arlington, Dallas, Chicago and Phoenix
