Owner of Marchbanks Services Electrical Consultant and Cost Estimator: Provided a wide array of services to local and out-of-state electrical contractors, architects and professional construction estimating firms. Services for contractors included estimates for bids, assisting in project management, supervision of labor, subcontract negotiations, electrical design-build services and budget estimates. Work for architects and professional estimating firms began with rough sketches and/or engineering narratives, and then progressed through as many as five drawing revisions until the final construction documents were issued for the bid process.
