Direct Facilities, Purchasing, Security, Engineering, Design & Construction, Administration, Food Services, Mail, Conferencing, Travel Services and Transportation through 25 employees. With an operating budget in excess of $60MM and capital projects budget of $40-65MM, manage all activity related to 1.6 million sq. ft. of owned and leased real estate. Property includes Corporate HQ in Long Island, NYC office, and two warehousing and distribution facilities in Pennsylvania.
Orchestrated two major lease negotiations for a $3.5MM in annual savings.
Directed interior office build outs, construction of computer room and creative photo studios, new roof, replacement of six rooftop HVAC units, bathrooms, cafeteria, and carpeting.
