As a Plans Manager, I was responsible for Levitts catalog of construction drawings for all communities. These projects entailed commercial build-outs for town centers, clubhouses, pool cabanas, custom single family residences, & town homes. Some commercial projects were in excess of 50,000 sq. ft.. Responsible for all changes to plans, implementing new plans for different communities and enhancing current inventory so that it can be more marketable.
Design, develop, and implement change and efficiencies through organized processes and standards.
Responsible for preparing budgets, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, estimating, take-offs etc., for all new projects.
Establish a control mechanism for tracking and monitoring project performance. Setting up regular meetings with architects, engineers, and directors.
Able to interpret applicable building codes & ordinances and prepare schematic designs, and construction documents.
Maintain responsibility for control of design development process, quality control, and maintain as built drawings.
Coordinate the preparation and review of all bid documents, estimating, reviewing and processing variance purchase orders.

Design Coordinator, Expo Design Center, 1995-1997, NY As a Design Coordinator, I met with clients, prepared kitchen and bathroom layouts, provided design consultation, estimated project costs, assisted in material purchases, and scheduled contractors for projects.

Facilities Manager Assistant, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, 1994 1995, NY Inspected all phases of new construction and renovations at the City of New York College campuses; where I improved space allocation and recorded and upgraded maintenance of the facilities; prepared reports, punch lists and spreadsheets. Evaluated and recommended construction proposals and worked closely with the designers, architects, and engineers.
