Acted as project manager and designer for corporate interior architecture offices ranging from 5000 to 45,000 USF. As a Project Designer, duties included space plan development, field verification, developing finish palettes, and construction documentation. In addition to these, as a Project Manager, duties included creating proposals and design service authorizations, conducting test fits, acting as a liaison between brokers and clients and assisting in lease finalization, prepared probable cost statements, project schedules and managed remote production groups to create complete construction documentation packages. Also coordinated consultants and contractors from schematic design through construction documents, bidding and permit to construction administration phases. Participated in new business development, repeat client relations and marketing as well as scheduling of staff and mentoring junior designers.
