More than 40 years ago, Sunrise Company began developing master-planned, golf-course communities in the Palm Springs, California desert resort area. Today, it is one of the nations most respected residential and country club community developers. In addition to its 13 resort communities, the company has constructed over 10,000 homes, built two resort hotels and developed numerous office buildings, shopping centers and commercial hotels.
Co-Supervised the construction of homes in the $2- $4 million dollar range at Toscana Country Club Golf Resort Community, offering 18 floor plans, 57 elevations and over 2000 options.
Supervised and scheduled the following activities: Staking the foundation, pool & block walls, foundations, framing, sheet metal, roof dry-in, fireplaces, plumbing, stocking drywall, HVAC, electrical, windows, audio, video & security pre-wire, preliminary needs, straight edging, insulation and custom textures. All of the previous mentioned were subject to a Quality Control Walk Through.
