Subdivision acquisition, plan development, & entitlements for single-family & multi-family residential developments. Managed projects in Specific Plans. Processed Developer Agreements, subdivision bonds & agreements, and tentative & final maps. Preconstruction planning, architectural & civil engineering design management. Obtained right-of-ways and dedications. Created & updated budgets. Coordinated project environmental studies & compliance. + Between 1992 and 2002, I read as much material as I could find within the Riverside County Law Library concerning administrative law related to land use law, building codes and standards, municipal law, civil rights, contract law, and other construction and land development related subjects. + I researched legal issues and summarized points and authorities relating to planning and land use law, development impact fees, building service fees, and building codes and regulations.
