I am enclosing my resume, which highlights more than fifteen years of design and utilization planning experience in both the commercial and residential market.
My resume provides a brief overview of the diverse projects successfully undertaken during my career, that have involved working with project teams and coordinating the efforts of architects, town planning departments, engineers and craftsmen, among others. I am well-versed with all architectural phases of construction.
Throughout my career, I have faced and resolved many design challenges. I have worked closely with space and renovation architects to do on-site renovations of office interiors where the design required the camouflaging of existing steel support columns and I have also collaborated with historical architects to preserve the historical faade of buildings.
My knowledge of various building materials, construction methods and finishes is substantial and I have successfully completed complex interior furnishing projects, some with special lighting requirements and others with unique design challenges.
Rest assured that I am a team player, professional in approach to my work, and possessing strong communication skills, both verbal and written. I am eager to discuss my background in relation to your needs for an Interior Designer.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Carol Anne DeChiro
