and Noble store exterior features included architectural stone finishes, glass works and lighting;
complete installation of 600,000 SF of ceramic floor tile and painting of all interior walls, ceilings
and soffits throughout mall common areas without disrupting regular business.

Animas Valley Mall, Farmington, New Mexico
Construction of new 16,000 SF Food Court; installation of fine architectural finishes including

wood paneling, cornices and trim; flooring included imported marble and fine carpeting; Project
commitment: $ 2.1M
Construction of new 6,300 SF Elizabeth Arden, Red Door Spa tenant space. Complete with high-
end architectural stone finishes, glass and lighting made for a spectacular interior retail buildout.

Renovation of two existing mall entrances with fresh design of glass entry doors, marble matching
flooring, wood trim and lighting. Project commitment: $475K

Successful completion of new 31,000 SF ground-up LifeStyle building addition to existing

sidewalks/brick pavers, water fountain, matching EIFS finish, landscaping and parking lot

The Woodlands Mall, The Woodlands, Texas
One of three team members involved on this prestigious project north of Houston, Texas. The
project consisted of adding to the beautiful Woodlands Mall two ground-up, open air, 2-story Life-
Style buildings and stand-alone restaurant buildings consisting of the following: 77,000 SF of
retail, 31,000 SF of medical offices and 37,000 SF of restaurants. Some of the retail stores include:
Anthropologie, Barnes & Noble, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Urban Outfitters, Ann Taylor
Lofts and Williams-Sonoma. The restaurants include the nationally renowned P.F. Changs, The
Cheesecake Factory, Rockfish Seafood Grille, Brio and Flemings Steakhouse. Also included were a
man-made canal for boating commuters, a river-walk, and a beautifully landscaped promenade for
relaxation. Project lasted two years and was completed within the time constraints and budget
afforded.
Project completion: October 2004 Total project commitment: $ 65M

Kenwood Towne Centre, Cincinnati, Ohio
Successful completion of new 131,000 SF ground-up LifeStyle building addition to existing
Cincinnati premier mall: including two (2) major restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory and
Maggianos Little Italy; six (6) major retail tenants, including Restoration Hardware, Sterling Cut
Glass, Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor Lofts, West Elm and Williams-Sonoma Home; 2-story Arhaus
Furniture Store; two (2) new major mall entrances and one (1) three-level parking structure for
850 additional parking spaces.
Challenging phased construction schedules were implemented, resulting in reduction of lost sales
experienced in typical projects undergoing similar work scopes.
Project completion October 2005. Total project commitment - $50M

St. Louis Galleria, St. Louis, MO
Demolition of existing 12,000 SF Food Court area and construction of new 12 tenant food court
including new MEPS, architectural finishes, architectural focal point glass passenger elevator and
specialty lighting throughout. Fine architectural finishes were used including marble tiled floors,
specialty lighting, two soft-seating areas with TV monitors and fireplaces.
New black-iron ductwork was installed throughout for tenant restaurant exhaust
Entire 5,500 car parking lot was repaved and completed in phases to limit the daily mall business
interruptions. New parking lot lighting was added throughout.
Project completion September 2006. Total project commitment - $50M
