Processed and implemented submittals, change orders, RFIs and submission of work schedules. Solicit and organize all samples and blueprints/as builts. Monitor labor, payroll and construction reports. Organization of pre-construction included overseeing sub-contractor bidding, contract award selection and creating Critical Path work schedule indicating phases of project. Also organized vendors involved in telecommunications, staff relocation and furniture allocation and assembly.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS 4 Kids Entertainment- NYC: High tech project consisted of heavy woodwork details combined with intricate stone work. The multi-floor project was completed earlier than scheduled and was under the allotted budget of $1.2 million.
Global Crossing NJ: $2.1 million 50,000 SF switch site build out complete with generator back up, UPS, DC plant, supplemental AC and pre-action fire protection. Project required that AC equipment be hoisted to roof via helicopter lift.
Mount Sinai Medical Center- NYC: A 60,000 SF administrative and doctors office complex on several floors of support space for the anesthesia department. Project required complete mechanical equipment installation, which included high tech lighting and communications. Also completed the guest residence on time and within budget.
Time Warner Telecom- OH: A switchgear communication center with full generator and UPS capabilities with computer and back-up office space for staff and technicians. The $800,000 project was under budget and completed on time.
