Work Experience:
Project Engineer, Intracorp. Seattle, WA March 2007 to October 2008 Duties includes supervising operations and documentation for a Mid-rise of 93 units. In addition I also assisted the Construction Manager as well as the Superintendent on critical field operations. My position included direct involvement, coordination and scheduling with City Public Utilities, including all sewer systems. Additionally I was directly involved with Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) during public street improvements and with Seattle City Light. Following the design of Mithun Architects Designers and Planners, and Olympic Associates Consultants, I verified that all construction reflected the contract documents and consultant recommendations. In addition Im also responsible for overseeing all safety procedures on site; and attending consultations with L&I representatives. In addition Im also the project Engineer for the ADA Upgrade for Microsoft Corporate Campus, and update of the Corporate Conference Rooms.

Duties include supervising site operations for building exterior envelope, monitoring sub-contractors contractual duties, and scheduling dead-lines. Additional responsibilities included supervising and implementing all weather intrusion systems as recommended by Aecons weather consultant Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. Other responsibilities included submitting documentation to the architect such as request for information, submittals, and receiving architectural request forms. Additionally I developed and tracked change orders, labor tracking reports, and weekly safety inspections. Supplementary duties included were to estimate quantity take-offs, implement updates of schedules by establishing dead-lines with subs to meet the teams goal.

Responsible for reviewing plans accuracy, reviewing contracts, developing project buy-out, value engineering, and supervising closeout procedures. My P.E. position included updating all documentation and keeping accurate records, including but not limited to processing all request for information, back charges, change orders, default notices, daily logs, weather delay logs, labor tracking reports, submittals, architectural request forms, safety logs, and superintendent weekly logs. Duties also included estimating quantity take-offs, implement updates of schedules, reviewing and qualifying new bidders for future projects. I also enforced WISHA safety rules and company regulations on the job-site as safety trainer and coordinator. A key role included assisting the PM in all construction phases and assisting the Superintendent with daily labor and site operations by monitoring sub-contractors contractual duties. I assisted in the overall completion of the project; on time and under budget while maintaining company quality standards.
