Developed the Project Status Report as a key management tool to monitor and report project activity as the operations tripled in size with the addition of two major projects (EGGS and EPC4A). The report provided a quickly downloaded view of actual and projected revenue and cost, accounts receivable and project activities during the period and throughout the life of the project.
